The role of Customer Support Officer (Maltese Speaker) will be tasked with supporting customers through account opening, saving and investing through the company’s online platform. - Administer incoming calls, replying to customer emails and secure messages.
- Support the team with customer enquiries, managing and resolving customer complaints.
- Performing basic online banking processes.
- Manage the marketing and commercial plan by promoting the company’s savings and wealth products.
Skills / Experience:
- Diploma in Finance or Banking
- Experience in a customer service role
- Fluent in Maltese and English
